Adler School of Professional Coaching assists successful individuals, leaders and organizations to enhance their capability for positive change.  We offer a comprehensive program for professional coaches who are interested in a coaching approach that combines sound theory and effective application. We also offer rigorous development programs to equip leaders to improve performance, relationships and results by fully engaging the talents of their people. 

The Adler School leadership is at the cutting edge of expanding the knowledge base of coaching.  The school is a founding member of the recently formed Graduate Alliance of Executive Coaching- an organization that is pooling knowledge and resources to build graduate level curriculum for executive coaching, and for coaching in an organizational context. 

The school is also a member of the International Consortium for Coaching in Organizations, a global community for various groups and individuals dedicated to excellence in organisational coaching.  A member of the leadership team also serves on the international expert panel of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches, who in partnership with Middlesex University, is investigating the core competencies and knowledge bases required for business coaching.

The Adler Professional Coaching Certificate Program is ICF accredited. Our flagship corporate  coaching program for Managers and Leaders is approved for ICF Continuing Coaching Education Units (CCEUs).  Adler is a member of the Association of Coach Training Organizations (ACTO) .
